Your worth is not up for debate.

Remember what others say and do does not define you in any way, it is a perception of what they see and feel.

So don’t take on their personal energy as if it’s you, because it is not.

Speak up in a strong kind way if it feels like the right thing to do, or most often we simply walk away and wish them well from afar.

People who say really hurtful things are not worth your time and energy in the moment.

You are more than enough.
I hope you will never see yourself as unworthy just because you couldn’t become what someone else wanted you to be.

When someone is mean, don’t listen. When someone is rude, walk away. When someone tries to put you down, stay firm. Don’t let someone else’s bad behavior destroy your inner peace.

Liverpool hit FOUR past atrocious ManUnited as Mo Salah helps himself to a double with Luis Diaz and Sadio Mane also on target as Jurgen Klopp’s rampant Reds go TOP of the Premier League

Disgracefully, embarrassingly easy from Manchester United’s point of view. It wasn’t just the scoreline, a two goal lead just 22 minutes in, but the whole tone of the game. Just minutes had elapsed when Alisson, in Liverpool’s goal, turned Bruno Fernandes, the way Fernandes would hope to turn a Liverpool defender. At the other end, De Gea bunged one into the crowd under very little pressure. And so it continued. Manchester United posing no threat, Liverpool always dangerous; Manchester United nervous at the back, Liverpool imperious; Manchester United struggling to assert themselves, Liverpool cool, collected and in control.

Diaz headed over from a chip by the wonderful Thiago after 11 minutes, and Mane had a shot deflected wide five minutes later. Then Liverpool scored again, a move that encapsulated what they have got, and what United are missing. The move consisted of 25 passes, between 10 Liverpool players, including Alisson in goal. Only Virgil van Dijk was not involved. The final exchanges, though, were conducted at lighting speed. Joel Matip to Diaz, back to Matip, to Mane and threaded through beautifully to leave Salah one on one. He last scored on March 12 at Brighton, and at Anfield on February 23 against Leeds, but it was like he was on one of his famous hot streaks. There was no way he was going to miss.

United have now conceded more goals this season than Burnley, in 18th and without a manager. What an indictment that is. Salah could have had another too when he cut inside on the right but De Gea saved at the near post.

Tuchel rules Kovacic out of Arsenal clash and updates on duo

Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Mateo Kovacic will miss tomorrow’s Premier League London derby with Arsenal through injury.

The Croatian was forced off with an ankle ligament issue during Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final victory over Crystal Palace at Wembley and Tuchel has revealed that the midfielder is looking at a two-week lay-off from action.

The German confirmed the news to gathered journalists and broadcasters at his pre-match press conference at Cobham, while also offering an update on Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ben Chilwell’s current fitness levels ahead of the visit of the Gunners to Stamford Bridge.

Kovacic was forced off with an ankle injury at Wembley.

Kova is out for the game tomorrow,’ Tuchel confirmed. ‘He has an ankle ligament injury and is in some pain.

‘He is looking at two weeks out and hopefully he won’t be out for much longer than that, but two weeks can be a long time for us in terms of games.

As for the rest of the squad, Callum Hudson-Odoi is out for the game, Ben Chilwell is out of the game and we have some players that are doubts. We will need to examine those players before tomorrow but hopefully that is nothing too bad.

Retiring No? says Piqué

Piqué: “Everything we have done is legal, I’m going to expose my part in the conflict of interest I want to show my face because I have nothing to hide. I am proud of what we do at Kosmos.”

“Saudi Arabia was not the only option. The United States and Qatar were on the table. In the end, they decided to go to Saudi Arabia.”

“I have not gotten into Kosmos and doing business for money. As you can understand I have earned a very good living and I could spend my whole life stretched out on a sofa doing nothing. In the society in which we live, generating money means success and I like that.”

“I brought an opportunity for the RFEF. Before changing the format, they earned 120,000 euros for the competition, after the movement they earned 40 million euros.”

“El Confidencial called me a week ago and told me that this will come out. I told them that I don’t care. I don’t have to hide from anything.”

“You don’t have to be very smart to know who is behind the leaks.”

“Officially, we collect the commission directly from the Saudi Arabian government. In no case do we collect anything from the RFEF: four million euros (10% of the 40 million euros of the agreement). I don’t have any commercial agreement with the RFEF.”

“I recognise that it’s not usual for a player to be involved in this type of business because a player doesn’t do these things until he retires, but I like it. Do I have to apologise? For this? Well, I’m not going to do it, from here on let everyone think what they want.”

“Retiring? No, far from it. This whole situation gives me a few more years to compete.”

Nemanja Matic said he left Chelsea to win trophies at Manchester United. See the full list of trophies he finally won

Nemanja Matic has announced his decision to leave Manchester United at the end of the season.
The 33-year-old Serbian is at the night-time of his playing career, and would definitely be announcing his retirement in a few years time. After a stellar career at Chelsea where he won two Premier League titles, Matic moved to Manchester United in 2017.
Matic believed he was going to win trophies at the time, as he said:
This is a very exciting time for the club and I am looking forward to playing my part in creating more history for this great club.. I have enjoyed my time at Chelsea and would like to thank the club and the fans for their support.”

Well, Matic has won nothing at Manchester United. His only achievement was winning the Manchester United Goal of the Season 2017-18. He did well with Chelsea during the peak of his career.
