A person can appreciate you without necessarily loving you. Women and men can appreciate their partners without loving them. Love and appreciation are two different things that aren’t necessarily tied together.
Just don’t venture if the chemistry of love and compassion are not in favor of any of you before you decide to choose who is worth dying for. There are many broken marriages because appreciation was substituted for Love.

When the fool becomes wise…

“I have had my take on Akwasi Awuah, I do well not to offend so-called men of God. Last week I said that he’s equally human and could have erred and that should be forgiven only to hear his defence.Well to all of us here, note that his mindset is the same as 98% of pastors and church leaders. The church has become “majority poor working to feed a few people at the top called pastors.” Indeed not all truths must be said, unfortunate slip of mouth which is the bitter truth. When the fool becomes wise………Time will tell.”– Sammy Adu Boakye of Streams of Life and Church Bells on Kessben Fm
Next Chelsea owner: What Todd Boehly did to secure takeover advantage amid Ricketts’ decision

Todd Boehly has been the fan favourite to take over Chelsea football club, and they have now taken their claim to ownership one step further. In the eyes of many, the race is now his to lose. The powerful voices of the fans and Chelsea community have forced the Ricketts family to withdraw their bid leaving just three in the running to become Chelsea’s new owner. Todd Boehly is in tough competition with Sir Martin Broughton and Steve Pagliuca. Being a fan favourite may not be enough to secure the sale, so he has made magnificent strides in gaining the help of former chancellor George Osbourne. Sky Sports’ MarkKleinman reports, “George Osborne, the former chancellor, has been parachuted in to help the Todd Boehly-Clearlake consortium clinch a takeover of Chelsea Football Club that would be the most lucrative sports franchise sale in history.” A historical franchise sale is on the cards if Boehly is to win this takeover battle. Sky describes this takeover as “arguably the most politically charged sports deal in British history.”
Lawrence Tetteh: Taxing the church is an insult

Dr Lawrence Tetteh, an author and world-renowned evangelist has said the idea of taxing churches in Ghana is an insult.
He said it is only ungodly people who are asking that churches in the country be taxed.
Speaking with Kent Mensah on Sunday Night on Asaase Radio, Dr Tetteh said “…Today very ignorant people wake up and say the church should be tax; that is an insult. From the economic point of view that is double taxation.
“Remember in the history of the Bible, we had ungodly people asked the church to be taxed. What people lose sight of is that the people you think are very rich you can count them; you live in Ghana, how many pastors use Land Cruisers? If you take the few of us [pastors] that seem to be doing well, we are not more than ten.
“The rest that you don’t see are in pain, and debt, and do not have a place to sleep. In fact, if you go to certain pastors’ homes, you will be very sad for them.”
He added: “… you cannot tax the church. The church is only being benevolent to society.”
He said the country needs to applaud the church for its effort at helping develop the nation and not demonise it [the church] because if we do that we demoralize people and undermine people’s hard-won reputation.
Dr Tetteh said but for the church in Ghana, the nation would have been an illiterate country.
“The gifts that the church receives go back into the church; school fees are being paid [from these]. If you look at Ghana, but for the church, the nation would have been as illiterate as some nations of the sub-region I don’t want to mention…we should applaud the church…”
He added: “When you tax the church what do you gain? If you want to look at it critically, it’s only anti-church people who complain that the church pays tax…”
By their fruit we shall know them

Prophet Daniel Kwaateng, also known as Agya Dan, the founder and head of Power Revelation Chapel, has stated that no Black man will be allowed to enter paradise if such a place exists in reality.
He made this surprising statement while preaching the word of God to his church, which shocked the entire congregation.
And he asserted categorically that no Black man, nor even preachers of the word of God, whether they were ordained as a Bishop, Prophet, or Archbishop, would be permitted to enter the kingdom of God.
Several people have expressed their opinions on social media in response to the gospel preacher’s remarks. Many people have reacted negatively to his claims.
‘You have just SIX WEEKS to save your Chelsea career’ – Joe Cole & Roy Keane slams Chelsea player after poor performance in 2-0 win over Palace

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel did not start Romelu Lukaku in Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Palace in the FA Cup Semi final.
Meanwhile, Romelu Lukaku has just ‘six weeks to save his Chelsea career’ after his latest miss in their FA Cup semi-final win over Crystal Palace, says former Blues hero Joe Cole.
Roy Keane also convinced that the £98m striker’s mindset is ‘clearly not right’
The Blues reached their third straight FA Cup final on Sunday, with second-half goals from Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Mason Mount seeing off Patrick Vieira’s spirited Eagles at Wembley.
However, one of few sour notes for Thomas Tuchel’s side came when Lukaku spurned a glorious chance to end his month-long goal drought late on.
Timo Werner pulled the ball across goal and the Belgian sent an effort straight onto the post from close range, meaning his wait to hit the back of the net again goes on.
His last goal came in Chelsea’s FA Cup quarter-final win over Middlesbrough on March 19, but he had two other big chances to end that when he wasted a couple of headers in their recent Champions League defeat at home to Real Madrid.
And following his latest setback at Wembley, Cole had some harsh words for Lukaku, who he believes is now fighting for his Blues future.
The former Chelsea winger said on ITV Sport: ‘Lukaku has six weeks to save his Chelsea career. You look at Werner and he doesn’t give up. Lukaku wants to be that focal point but he missed a chance.
‘When it’s not going for you, it’s not going for you.’
Manchester United legend Roy Keane also chipped in by saying: ‘How badly do you really want to score? It’s obviously his mindset, it’s clearly not right.’
Cole then continued: ‘People saw Lukaku as the missing piece of the jigsaw [when he returned to Chelsea last summer], it didn’t happen, but it can come back as quickly as it goes. Football can change in one game.’
Before Keane asked again: ‘How badly does he want to save his Chelsea career?’.
Lukaku has suffered a momentous fall from grace at Chelsea over the past six months, which has resulted in Tuchel preferring to deploy Kai Havertz as a false nine at the pinpoint of his attack.
Before Sunday’s semi-final, the Blues head coach claimed his £100million striker is not in the right condition to start right now.
He is not fit enough for the intensity of our game in an FA Cup semi-final.
‘It’s not easy to come into a game such as this with so much riding on it after a spell out with injury. It’s just a case of him not having as much minutes recently as the other players, his match fitness is not quite there otherwise there’s a big chance that he would have started today.’
An apology without change is just manipulation
